About Me
I’m Fraser, a bloke who grew up right here in Victoria and spent half his life travelling the world — only to realise the best adventures are right in my own backyard.
After years of seeing the same old cookie-cutter tours (you know the ones — “and on your left, you’ll see… zzz”), I thought: there’s got to be a better way!
So I created Phillips Tour — tours with personality.
I’m not just here to rattle off dates. I’m here to show you Melbourne’s soul — through its laneways, flavours, colours, and characters.
